"Culture war" is an extremely abstract concept, not something that can be backed up with concrete facts or statistics. The President being a right wing extremist, Brexit, republicans having control in general, this is something that can. And it's not just the older right wingers that are happy. Milo whatever his last name is, is popular on university campuses. Hate crimes have been on the rise. All of these things are abundantly clear. He barely won his first term but one his second term in a landslide because so many formerly disgruntled leftists actually got jobs when the economy improved and they moved on from being bitter over the division of wealth. How many of the leftist millennials are only so worked up because they have had to work 4 year internships with no pay just to keep their foot in the door somewhere? How many of them have been NEET for the last 5 years and have gone over the the radical side because they feel like they have no future? If the jobs actually come people's tunes will change.

Fair enough. They are still considered the most respected. A company which has been extremely dominant, and as long around as they have, will have had a controversy at some point.
