Firstly you have to enable the RFC cheat mode by pressing shift-alt-Q. Then you boost your stability by pressing shift-alt-S.

Thanks. In an older copy I hacked the python, but could not work out how in the latest one.

There's a iSpreadFactor tag in the Civ4ReligionInfo.xml file (Assets\XML\GameInfo\).

I'm not sure if RFC still uses them (there is also a civ-dependent spread factor in the DLL, which you would need a compiler for), but it's worth a try.

iSpreadFactor still works well. I made standard religion spread much higher. (Sadly religion still never spreads to American cities.)

Why can't I upgrade Mercenaries?

OK, so if I remove the mercenary promotion via WB, can he upgrade?

Also, I get a CTD when I try to go to Worldbuilder.

I have the tech for Crossbows, but I haven't seen any of em.

I really like having non-timed games, and in RFC Warlords, I can customize the victory conditions just by clicking "custom scenario", but now that I have RFC BTS, that's greyed out.

Anyone know how I can alter the victory conditions in RFC BTS? Is there just some code I can flip on to give me custom scenario back? Or is it more complex?

I discovered a 'Let's Play' video on YouTube where the guy was using a modmod to play as Korea. Unhelpfully though he doesn't say what the mod's called, only 'You have to dig on the CivFanatics forum a bit but it's there' I have certainly digged, and I'm having no luck finding it :(

If someone recognises this mod from the video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vmzu42k_NZ0
could they let me know where to find it as I think the Korean civ would be great fun to play in RFC

Cheers

Andreios II

(Edit, upon closer inspection of the video, the modmod's short title at least is 'RFC Korea' and the Korean Civ replaces the Mayans in-game.)
