Yes same cities, all of europe and most of africa shows up, it cuts of in the middle of iran and everything east including americas are empty, it loads fine but all scores are 10000 then game crashes after first turn

Fixed, had some buildings in there that I removed

Everything loads fine but when i take a turn the game crashes, not right away like most game-turn errors. It runs all the units, and since its first turn of scenario a bunch of people ask for stuff, then it just crashes

Is there anyway to create something that checks scenarios??
 
Wont scenario load weird though if I have a custom DLL, and all of asudden that all goes away im sure scenario will load weird, and most likely crash, but I will try it anyway worth a shot

I do have exceptions enabled, but I had four problems in the xml (thre of I knew of). I removed fur, deer, religious buildings and palaces. It gave me 12 errors of it having fur in, 0 errors of deer, and one error of jewish temple. There are 35 fur and deer, and many religious buildings. There really seems like no rhyme or reason when I get an error

Could pythong have something to do with it? Because platyping and I have figured out that my onBeginGameTurn does not work. No matter what code I put in there it just doesnt work. No errors just acts like its not there, so I need to put it on onEndGameTurn. Any idea why?
 
It depends how you test your BeginGameTurn codes.
If you only test it one turn and conclude it didn't work, then actually there may be nothing wrong with it. BeginGameTurn codes take effect on next turn not end of current turn
 
I go through like 10 turns when I tested the ancient wonders, since there was a 50% chance, i thought why not go 10 times just in case. But even a normal message wouldnt show up

also @ J, when I do debug dll it "fails to read the scenario", so I can not even test it, i even removed the extra code in teh scenario taht came with the dll

50 civs dll, IIRC? -> then you'd need a 50 civs debug dll for the scenario :/.
 
60 civs, DCM, auto play and advanced diplomacy, so like I said not really gonna work

Do you know any errors that can do this though? Because most xml errors give you an error when loading the game, and if its a mod error the same problem would be in custom game, which it is not

It took me a while but I've downloaded the file PackBuild.exe file. But I do have some doubts, though.

There are two .FPK files:
1939Pak0
1939Pak1

Is there anyway to know which is the valid one? Or is it possible to have more than 1?
 
I made a new promotion and everything looks fine except in the box that appears when you mouse over a unit. In this one place my promotion comes out all pink. What did I miss?
 
I added a new civic to the game just above the decentralization. But as a new game starts, decentralization still is selected as default. I already gave it a prereq tech. What am I doing wrong?
