I'm not a Muslim, but I think I can answer this question correctly. (If someone is absolutely sure, go ahead and correct me)

The number of virgins you get is 72, not 11. And as far as I know, you're supposed to be in a perfect body, so you will actually be able to couple with these virgins for eternity. And no, you don't get new ones, they become virginal after each sex act. And yes, I'm pretty sure that they're supposed to be female virgins. But actually, they're not human, they're human like djinn; spirits.

This is somewhat contradictory to other portions of the Qur'an and Islamic scripture, as I believe it says elsewhere that good women who marry Muslim men get to spend eternity with them. I'm not quite sure how they would feel about watching you have sex with 72 beautiful eternal virgins.

No, I actually meant how do you lose your virginity then gain it back.

It doesn't make sense...intercourse would be defined as losing your virginity, correct? Well, if a man has intercourse with 72 different women, they all lose their virginity.
