What about an occasional glance at her if it's too awkward to talk? Enough so they get the point that is.

Well, right now I would change my vote to "Yes I am seeing someone", but there is no option in the poll that is below the BF/GF status.

And yes my date tonight was more than I expected ;).

No wonder we have not seen you in a while ;).

Let's see... she left me July 20th. :(

So, yea. *sigh*

And there's the depression again...

Glances turn into stares and such looks are easily misunderstood. If you are going to just look, make sure you smile. Then say hello. It's only hard the first 25 times. ;)

Oh she understands. (she started to do this on me and I picked up on it after she started to talk with me daily)

Being stared at is UNCOMFORTABLE. Smile and a little wave or something is much less so, and actually having a conversation is definately better than all above options

Pay attention guys. :D

Taken from an article a friend was reading:
Three Second Rule [noun]: a guideline stating that a woman should be approached within 3 seconds of first seeing her. It is intended to prevent the man from getting nervous, as well as to keep him from creeping the woman out by staring at her for too long

and also:

Newbie Mission [noun]: an exercise designed to help shy men overcome their fear of approaching women. The mission involves spending a day in a public area, such as a mall, and saying "hi" to every woman who passes by

These are both doable - but require some courage! Go get 'em!

Damn, you could have jsut said "The Observer" seeing as we read it every Sunday.

And I'm a very demanding guy :D

Danke.

How come I can't find any of those two excerpts in the text?
