Radovan Karadzic arrested

this is how he looks now ;)

He looks like a gnome, doesn't he?

That's a piece of good news. Unfortunately the world is full of such people, seems to me that their behaviour is some intrinsic human drive...sad as it is.

Where did the 4 other hours go? Or what planet are you on?

sleep and commute, where else? I can still type with less than 40 errors per page :D

back on topic: I already heard the first whiners on the radio: 'but he is not a criminal, this is racists, this is muslim extremist policies...' :aargh: sometimes I wish the EU would introduce a particularly vile version of the death penalty

The Serbian secret service protected him all those years.
The Serbian president [wiki]Boris Tadić[/wiki] has a Pro-EU course in mind. The Dutch and Belgian governments have a hard stance that Serbia would have no chance to join the EU until they arrest [wiki]Radovan Karadžić[/wiki], [wiki]Ratko Mladić[/wiki] en [wiki]Goran Hadžić[/wiki]. Apparently the Serbian Government wanted that more than protecting Karadžić. I hope the other 2 are arrested quickly as well.

Meh, I was just going to post what Rik just posted...

Anyway good they took him in. Hopefully this means that Serbia is finally ready to move in the right direction.
