I had to reconnect to my printer last week. Printers are seriously the worst kind of electronics to deal with.

And now the desktop can see and print from it, the phones might because it just spat out the queued job from like three days ago, but my computer can't even find it on the network! YAAAAYYY!

Because that all makes sense.

I'm crossing the border tomorrow and I've yet to have a positive experience with the American border guards. Being treated like a threat to an entire nation is not a gratifying experience.

Because that all makes sense.

Only guess I have now is that my computer thinks it is on a different network because it's on "Generic Network Name 2" while the printer is on "Generic Network Name"--I don't know what causes this behavior.

I'm out of ideas.

You probably haven't killed as many Americans as Americans have either, so why you would be considered a threat is beyond me.

I've spent hours trying to fix a network printer at my parents' house, finally got fed up and just redid the printer's wireless settings and reinstalled the printer on the desktop. But now my laptop and the phones can't see it. I have it marked as shared, there's nothing obviously wrong with the things, they just won't connect.

Quite frustrated now.

A printer giving you trouble? I'd never heard of such a thing before.

Also Rant: Evangelical Christians should go back to Brazil or the USA or wherever else they came from and stop blaring their music! I can hear them from a kilometre or two away, and they're on the other side of a highway to boot! Someone lend me a howitzer.

You can turn the heat on or put on three or four more wooly jumpers when it's cold. You don't sweaty naked bare-torso Takhisis in front of the computer.

We don't exactly have central heating, which is good because in Bulgaria, if you do, they skin you to bone with heat bills.

Wear more clothes then, insulate your house, check for any draughty places and cover them up.

12-16 degrees c is my comfort zone. I hate more or less.

So a clump of my hair got knotted into a clump of fallen off hair. It took me absolutely ages to fix it, but now its all tangle free with way too much lovely argan oil conditioner spray.

Tried playing a different civ than usual in Rise from Erebus, I did horribly and started falling behind. I had such a good groove going with the Khazad, , but with the Mekara, their tech path isn't focused so I have to prioritize what comes first- the arcane line, or the recon line, all while making sure I don't fall behind in economics. The Khazad are easy in that all their strengths shine through in a relatively focused tech path.
