ugh.... I just saw an anti-Mormon infomercial thingy on TBN or whatever that station is called and it was just disgusting...

seriously, its one thing to want to help people come unto Christ, its another to tell people "go out and get them because they're wrong and its your DUTY to correct them," because that is the essence of what they said.

Not to mention all the "Mormons" that they were interviewing were either ex-Mormons or the most ******** Mormons you can find who don't know ANY doctrine. FINALLY the one intelligent group they asked not only stumped the guy with a question, but he said pretty much EXACTLY what he said but like 2 minutes before him.

and to top if off... me being 15 years old, them being (arguably) theologians, I had a rebuttal against EVERY SINGLE ONE of theirs that would've quite easily answered all their questions..... it just really bothers me

I'm swamped by homework. Why must high school teach so many useless things the majority of us (and by majority I mean like 1 person per generation will probably use it) will throw out the metaphorical window of our minds as soon as we graduate from college?

Because if it's useful to even one person, we all have to know about it.

This paper writing is not going well. Its only a rough draft so it doesn't technically matter if it sucks, but I'm all over the place and its extremely annoying. I know what I want to say, I just cant figure out a good structure for the paper because of the nature of my criticism.

I hate my stupid ring fingernail. I absolutely hate it. I hate it with a passion. I HATE IT!

I've been practicing around 4 hours today (normal amount for me, although in some days I often go from nothing to 6-7 hours), and IT'S DISAPPEARING as I'm using it. Why is it sometimes so weak??? What circumstances make it so? What am I doing that sometimes I practice for months and don't have the slightest bit of trouble and sometimes I practice for 2 days and it goes 3-4 mm smaller?! I have around a concert every 2 days from now on until 3 weeks from now, I need it so much, I can't stop practicing since I'm playing new pieces, preparing for exams for the end of highschool and auditions for universities...

(classical guitarists use their nails to pluck the strings. Fake nails work sometimes when you break a nail, but mine is too long for that, yet too short for playing normally with it. If I cut it, it would defeat the point of a fake nail, which is only kept until your natural nail grows back)

I HATE IT. I almost can't play, exactly when I need it most.

Yeah, ring nail is always a hassle for me to deal with. I have trouble filing it perfectly and always end up with a peculiar shape that doesn't sound nearly as well on contact with the strings as the other two fingers.

Yeah. It's always the ring nail and the D string...

The problem is also that the ring finger has the most "flesh" in front of the nail so it's exactly the one you need to keep longest... And for me also the slowest to grow. I've heard from a guy that he actually taped the skin in front of his nail to make the nail stand out more, but I don't think I know anyone apart from that guy desperate enough to torture themselves by doing something like that.

I stopped in eighth grade when they actually started counting sick days and holding them against us.
