I couldn't take any classes in my major the first semester. 
That almost happened to me in Chicago. Glad you made it out alright.

My mailbox gets blocked by people parking their cars in front of it, the post office says they won't deliver if this keeps going on. My dad painted the curb around it red so people wouldn't and this has worked so far. Today we found it painted over by forces unknown. My dad painted over it again.
I have a strong feeling my car is going to get keyed or worse since the garage is full and I have to park outside. People are evil, petty and will do whatever they want when no one is looking. My dad won't listen and will continue doing this and may fight the culprits should they present themselves. He is probably going to call me weak and easily intimidated but I just don't want to fight people because they better at it than I am.
Coincidentally I also hate people who just have it their way and refuse to consider the consequences. I need that car to go to school and I would rather not have to spend a day out of it because my dad stubbornly refuses to give in.
I hate living near people. They annoy you with their loud parties and screaming kids, they steal from you, report you to the cops for minor stuff, park in front of your mailbox because hey it's not their problem, and vandalise your stuff if they feel like it. When I can move away from this horrible state and city I want to own a big plot of land so I never have to deal with my neighbours.

Well I'm told many universities don't even let you pick a major until your second year anyway. I guess it doesn't make a difference other than you may be saddled with a lot of more difficult classes related to your major all at once than spread out, depending on how difficult your major is in the first place.
What I want to know is how people get out of college with such high gpas when I get a B having done all the work and doing it right, never missed a class. Dude just hated white people obviously

Can't pick your major till second year?! How stupid, I picked my school because they specialized in my major.
To your second point. Some students are smarter then others.

So you're saying professors just guess who they think is smarter and give them better grades?
No, it just means that you're not as smart as other people and as a result you get lower grades than them no matter how hard you try.

I guess I should have mentioned the numerous times he would say my work was perfect, but still only give me an 8/10, or when he dropped all his papers, making a mess of all the work people gave him and took off a bunch of points for things not being neat from having gotten all dirty and crumpled when he dropped them. Smart has nothing to do with it, or anything to do with school anyway really.
It sounds like you're making up excuses.
