I rave that I just found out that a cute girl in my youth group is also an enthusiastic reader and fiction writer! She's interested in the same hobbies I am, so I emailed her, and she offered to exchange writing with me to read. She's got a great personality, and she's going on a mission trip with me and the youth group to Puerto Rico for a whole week in July.

Earlier I had a brief rave about how I like frisbees. Allow me to expand on that.

I like frisbees because there is absolutley nothing malicious or wrong about a frisbee. It's just a nice toy for throwing back and forth among a small or large group of people. It takes nearly no skill to throw a frisbee with competent ability. Young and old, all kinds of people can manage to enjoy themselves with a frisbee.

And if you so desire, there's ulitmate frisbee, an organized game with teams and rules, winning and losing. However, because it's all about frisbee, there's no anger, no tension, no pressure, nothing but a wonderful game.

The greatness of frisbees transcends all boundaries of man. They bring down walls. With a frisbee, there is nothing but joy and simple pleasure.

Do yourself a favor... fling a frisbee, man!

Congrats man! Just make sure to give yourself plenty of time to get the paperwork completely done and processed and stuff. (I had my ceremony earlier this year, and my Eagle Board last summer. ) I think you'll make the third Eagle Scout that I know of on the board. (But I'm sure we have others besides you, me, and downtown )

Yep, final badge finished tomorrow (unless there's a disaster) and I'll have plenty of time on my hand to do the paperwork now that I'm graduamacated. I forgot exactly how much must be done before one's 18th, but I'm going to act as if everything must be 100% done by then.

It's snowing! Where I live it only snows about once a year, and sometimes not even that, so it's a nice surprise when it does.
