Met a girl who likes Godizlla, prefers DBZ as a manga, listens to folk metal, plays violin, plans to be an astrophysicist, and enjoys King's Quest. I am intrigued.

No Cataloging homework and no quiz. I'm in Heaven.

Edit: 1776! I'm so happy. It's been ages since I've seen it, and I've always loved it!

I felt horrible this afternoon. It's probably due to a lack of sleep and stress. I kept thinking about all the regrets and mistakes I did and once again I was feeling really depressed and I thought it would be best for everyone if I just drop dead. Sorry, that sounded a bit depressing. Here's the rave: it passed. Talking to a friend really helped and I was able to snap myself out of it. It feels nice to be in control of my own thoughts for once. Hopefully I'll be able to do it again the next time the depressed feelings come around.

I feel good.

I have some Chinese money. 100 yuan, which is roughly $14.50 USD. These people sure do like Mao.

I actually like to be on a porch or some other outside, but sheltered area. i like being in it. The smell, and the sounds. Rain is the best.

Ya, I love summer thunderstorms, just sit in my living room with the back doors open watching the lightening and getting a nice cool breeze and whatever, I can't wait for summer.

Well good luck, hope you figure it out. Let us know how you do :)

It went pretty well. The bit I thought I would stuff up I did fine, but there were a few patches here and there were I missed a note, or severely accented the wrong note, but all in all, it went quite well. I blame any mistakes I made on the school piano.

Well done :) What were the pieces?

The first one was Nocturne in E minor (Op 72 No 1). The bit I was having trouble was 2:08 - 2:23 in the video. Actually, it's not entirely perfect in there either, but it was the best version I could find.

And the second one is Sonata II (Hob. XVI: 22) by Haydn. It apparently doesn't exist on the internet.

I can see why you were frustrated now. I'm glad you did well though. How long have you been playing?

#fiftychat is back! :D

I'm excited for my new class schedule next quarter.

Got my flights booked for the summer just there. Seven weeks in California. Should be awesome. :D

How long can an Irishman stay in America?

:goodjob: Good for you Shekwan! :D My trip to SF last summer was pretty awesome (although I have to admit - ending up seeing much more than I originally thought, moving around different corners of the US like if it was nothing - definitely contributed to that).
