Somebody using Trump's Twitter account sent a gracious note of congratulations to Justin Trudeau, for his election win. I'm pretty sure it wasn't Trump himself who composed it, because it was civil and used complete sentences.

He has an official twitter writer person and it's glaringly obvious when that guy posts compared to Trump himself.

Mostly finished unpacking yesterday. I say mostly because there's now two stacks of boxes in our living room. One is full of school stuff that my wife is going to move to her work or get rid of, the other is boxes full of ornaments that won't fit anywhere else. I ordered bed lifts yesterday that should allow me to hide some of the boxes but I'm going to need a better solution at some point. I'd get more shelving/storage bins of some sort but I don't want to do that until I land a job because I may be moving again in the short term. We got rid of a lot of stuff and I'm really happy about that.

I've been packing, moving and unpacking all day, every day since last Thursday and I am bone tired but it's mostly done now.

Burgers are something Vancouver does not do well. But there's one burger place near me that's particularly good, and I'm enjoying a two-cheese bacon cheeseburger from them right now.

Just FYI it's a good idea to be careful about posting photos associated with your real name and employer, someone could potentially reverse Google search the image and find out your real identity on your employer's website. I don't know if that concerns you at all but it's something you should be aware of.

I've met many of the people IRL so my identity has been reasonably compromised already. (and good luck tracing that puppy back to me)
And with retirement SOOOOO close, I really don't care anymore. The opinions I express here are what I express in RL so any blow back really doesn't concern me. I hid this stuff a lot more when I was younger.

I'm not talking about someone trying to get you fired or publicly embarrassed for your posts, I'm talking about someone finding out your identity and potentially stalking or attacking you. I don't think this is very likely to happen, but it is a possibility to be aware of. Not everyone who visits this site posts here or even has an account here and you just don't know who could be reading these threads.

I try not to post any photos here that are also on my Facebook (I don't have an employer photo or anything fancy like that).
