My Asian, Kiwi, English, Russian fusion dinner.

Teriyaki chicken on rice with a roast vegetable salad (Yam's and kumara aka sweet potato), roast potatoe.

Plate 2 was roast lamb and salad.

Washed down with Russian beer, and desert was ice cream sundaes and cider flavoured dark chocolate.

Life is good.

Rant part. Sisters white trash neighbours American pitbull X killed my nieces dog little poodle and wounded the other one.

After toiling at an abysmal rate of 8 to 14 pages a day for the last week, I did 65 pages today. I can wrap up one project later today, which will help immensely in tackling my other three projects.

Rave: I just put on some of my heavy pyjamas because it was cold. They seem looser than I remember them being before. I guess this is a good thing?

I have a roast in the crock pot being cooked into oblivion for shredded beef sandwiches. Due to a previous complication involving inability to turn down a deal and a ten pound bag of potatoes I have all these potatoes around, so I chopped up five of them and threw the chunks in on top of the meat a few hours ago. Awesome snack!

I figured out a trick I saw on Penn & Teller that had me flummoxed.

The magician had Allison sign a piece of paper, then tore it in two, handing one piece back to Allison. Then she put the other piece in her time machine and sent it into the past. Unlocking the time machine, she removed an ice cube and used an ice pick and mallet to chip out a piece of paper that Allison confirmed was the missing half.

Spoiler The secret :

IMHO, the magician took out A piece of paper. Tthen she did the ol' switcheroo to substitute in the missing half.
