:confused::confused:

I'm not sure what you meant by that, really . . . .

Color me perplexed, as well.... Somewhat.

I also think that it might be safer just to abstain at this point. I'll let you think what you want to think about what I think. :crazyeye:

(I would probably have voted for #1 since it's the closest to my original plan, anyway. Oops, looks like I gave it away.)

Oh Cull went on a rant in Ilduce's roman senate AAR about how he thought he was being biased when Ilduce agreed with aysee when aysee pointed out that one of omegas surrendur conditions was against the rules. Cull for some reason thought he was being biased, and went on a rant aboutit among other things. He probably also thinks im a biased GM in my AAR since i threw in some early surprises before they had even settled a city. But i just wanted to make things challenging.

So cull please stop being paranoid (for lack of a better word). LH of all GMs is not a slanted or biased one. Just because what he said was not in your favor doesnt mean he was being 'slanted'. Plus this is the first time you have vene said you THINK he was being slanted. maybe if you talked to him about it (whether in the thread, by VMs, or PMs) you could express your concerns.

Well it looks like choice 2 will win anyway as im assuming that the election is still ongoing...even if it isnt then i think 2 still won.

We've talked.

Basically I had a really weird evening with weird alg 2 teachers calling my parents to check on things and overacted to a small remark, similar to you, Arya.

I did NOT go on a rant on ilduce's realsenate, rather tried to convey why I thought was wrong in his game, but he just said BLAH BLAH I DON'T CARE.

Frankly, Arya you are biased since you sort of kind of threw public support behind one group, unlike even Ilduce, who has his own flaws.

Looks like we're waiting until after school/afternoon to resolve this.

Okay so Darth caesar can go off teh deep end at times, but as Cull has shown, everyone does.

And i am really sensible most of the time, as shown by recent events and polls and debates.

So your arguement the joker party is crazy has no merit whatsoever. I do not apreciate that comment, especially as i support the search for elephants.

Danjuro you can come back. I recomend reading the 'Ravus books' on the front page. There are links to them, and they give decent summaries of what has happened, although some things have been lost in the mountain of posts.

EDIT: Cull its alright. Evereyone has those sort of nights. Sure hope my first day of freshman year (sept. 7th) isnt like that though...But i probably wont even log on after school that day because i have practice after school and the 7th is going to wear me out. Big time.

Oh... never though of simply asking to continue it longer!

Anyway, honestly, it doesn't sit well with me either. Even though my logical brain doesn't complain about it, my illogical brain has serious issues with it. However, I think it would be most fair to redo the election, without changing of votes (closes 5:00 PM tomorrow, Friday).

To save time, does anybody mind if I pre-include the votes that were already made definitively? I'm basically doing this to keep Arya and me (according to Arya) from gaming the system, and to give Whosit, Ilduce, and Arya a chance to completely make up their mind. If anybody minds, just yell at me in any color other than red, and I'll change it.

#1-Me, Cull
#2-Ravus, Darth, Aysee
#3-
#4-CF

My first day AT school was great. The loco teachers who call at 9+ at night to discuss me during the FIRST DAY are not.

How about this, a plan that compromises #2 and #1.

We use our full army to take Germany, like in both #1 and #2. Then, instead of splitting the army (#1), we bring it back into a nearby city to heal for several turns. After that, we go out and attack Italy (#2), but raze the cities we take so they don't hamper our economy (other than Rome, maybe).

Taken out since the second plan I suggested is a better version that accomplishes the same task.

How about this better combo of #2 and #1?

This has some serious IC problems, but if this were a real game, I would simply take Germany, make peace, come back a while later with muskets, and then take the rest of Rome. Once Rome is split like they will be after taking Germany, they are forever doomed. No OB with them would mean that they would not be able to move units out of Italy, causing them to be sitting ducks for us to take when we get a chance.

So, if people are willing to put aside the IC problems with this, I think we should take Germany right now, rebuild our economy, then declare war in 60 turns or so to wipe out Rome once and for all.

Of course, I cannot guarantee that the next Prez would indeed re-declare war, which is the IC trouble.

EDIT: Changed to 60 turns later instead of two turnsets later.

Actually, 60 turns would be more realistic to have CR cannons, draftable muskets, and two moving knights/curs.

I dislike your compromise MathNerd simply because it doesn't make sense. Go in and raze them while we should and could be teching up? I don't see any benefit of a long campaign just for Rome..
