Orders
Setup base camp in the region currently under our control.

4 trucks will be sent to scout out the area. Each truck will have 10 Farmers on it. These trucks will attempt to locate large farms etc. They will launch raids against the smaller farms and attempt to loot valuables etc to be sold for cash. These forces will NOT attack larger farms at this time as they are just merely scouting the region.

5 tanks, 4 Trucks and 120 Farmers will be used to attempt to exert our influence over Valdez and the Paz y Democracia. These forces are free to engage Government, Paz y Democracia and FARC troops if they stand in our way.

Our remaining forces will remain in our territory. If any other faction or the government attempt to make a move on us these forces will attempt to counter that. These forces will also attempt to pressure people within our region to join our cause or to give us monetary support etc.

Ellias Elbardo himself will attempt to rally some of the citizens of Valdez to our cause. When our forces move on the town he will promote the Communist cause of Equality for everyone and attempt to denote the other factions and the government in the region. Our forces will attempt to capture some of the Governments troops in the region and then attempt to convert them to our cause as well.

Huvi 'Ulia was the mayor of one of the major Villages. He was well known and often defended against other Rebels. However, a government convoy came and abused his people. He and his Farmers ambushed and burned the supplies to the City of Punta Gorda. Realizing his actions. He quickly armed men and aided other villages. He knew they will have to work together to rid the world of such evil Governments.

He traveled with a small convoy and many other mayors agreed this abuse is unwanted and joined his cause. He Divided the land into districts where the locals can vote for a total of 5 advisors. Currantly Outside and nearly cutting off both roads to Punta Gorda. His Rebelion has Just Begun.
