Basically just increases gold effects in Events by a factor of 2. Now it'll be a little more painful when you need to fork over 500 prehistoric gold to save that cave fort thing from disrepair. On the other hand, if your mines get lucky with the RNG Gods and hit the mother lode, you're looking at a perhaps a 20k gold payout instead of a measly 200.
Just copy this file into Assets/XML/Events.
Note that this doesn't change anything else with events.

Some of this might be good to just adopt into the core. Clearly we can all agree that gold inflation has outdated most events and what they 'cost' to resolve things. X2 though seems a little simplistic as I've felt that they are not commonly very well held relative to one another either.
