Orders reaching front line troops are often garbled or mistranslating often resulting in massive disasters on all sides. (Loss of 1 army size for all involved foreign nations. Those who had ordered upgrades will see no losses.)
Military brigade bearing Greek army flags ambushed and slaughtered a conciel of French generals in meeting in a abandoned village in the southern area of Italy. In the rubble apparently left behind by the raiders was a document signed by the Prime Minister of Greece allowing the raiders to raid along the French coast.
In response to the attack on France by the Greeks, Byzantine troops have invaded Greece and pressed foward at a rapid pace.

I just noticed an error in the last update's map. In the Republic of Zululand there was a invasion by Portugal. When i expanded it the last turn it appeared that the Philipenes had blocked them off. This was a mistake. The colors look a lot alike when you are as tired as i was.
Although the new nation of Yemen make look eerily similar to Germany's color it is NOT the same nation.

We have historical (not concrete) evidence that the perpetrator of these attacks was not Greece, but indeed the Republic of New England. The reasoning? Simple. Greece and France are in the same alliance. Also, history has shown us that these kinds of attacks are not perpetrated by who we think they are. Think back to the Age of African Dominance, just before World War 5. I was at war with Rome. During the war, Arabian ships attacked my coastline, destroying people and property as well as ruining my economy. Arabia was quickly invaded by myself and the rest of the Iron Fist Alliance. Then the war was put on hold due to the beginning of WW5. After the war, it was revealed that Rome perpetrated the attacks by disguising her sailors as Arabians. This was done to divert troops from the battlefront in Rome and using them to attack Arabia.
Now take a look at this situation. The RNE is at war with France and is getting pushed back. Something the RNE would like to do is stop French troops from fighting. This would not mean killing or cpaturing them but diverting them. Indeed, French troops are being rushed back from the RNE front to fight Greece so that the RNE will have an easier time fighting France. The point I am trying to make is that Greece is just the victim of an RNE trick.
