This is the way it works, Egypt, the land is yours still, in a way, but it is mine for all purpouses of foreign affairs, this way the French, upon reaching it, if they manbage to reverse things, may not attack it without attacking me. You retain control of it domestically, though would very much like to station a small naval cintingent there.

Korea enters late modern ages and gains ICBM technology.
VIking Empire, Russia, the Byzantines, China, the Aborigine Empire, the Andes Empire, and the Egyptians gain ICBM technology.
Korea and USNA sign the East Asian Protection Pact.
Aztec space program continues, satillites are now launched 1 every 3 months. A manned shuttle will be sent up in about 5 years acocrding to the government.
With the nuclear weapon becoming more common around the globe, the world has left the Age of Empires and entered the Nuclear Age.
Axis Alliance disolves.
China blitzes into the USNA, however they have been stalled as the Korean army, equal to China in size and technology has prevented further advances by the Chineese and then began to drive them back into China itself. The Koreans have also provided the USNA with the new technologies to help drive back the Chineese.
French driven out of Africa!. The Egyptians have occupied the former French colony. The French army in Africa was destroyed as they had no way to escape.
Andes troops continue southern advance against the Socialists. However, since gaining the new technology from an outside source the Socialists have made slight gains in the north against the Andes.
