The troops cheered and continued marching, the moving pep talks were only part of the constant motion that kept the Russian armies faster than the rest. Half the men marched and cared for the horses that dragged the wagons that their companions slept in, the Iron embedded leather of those wagons would do it's best to defend the sleeping corpses in waiting if an attack came but the sentry in full armor directing the horse would warn the tired army if an enemy appeared. The fool germans haven't looked at the Histrograph like that sent to the king's office every 100 years. they proposed to defeat Russia and the Vikings with distant allies while being no match for either empire alone.

Iceeye- You're right, the naval battle has been edited. Only russia lost its fleet.

Most of Max Rödskäggs mighty Viking warriors were gathered in Denmark near the German border. Rödskägg spoke to his warriors creating a huge bloodlust to grow within his warriors. With the bloodlust rushing in their veins the Vikings attacked Germany!!!!!!

"My free people of Egypt, I salute you! I have great news for our country! The plague that we fear of coming to our nation is now under control! Egyptian sooth sayers of succesfully cure 1,000 patients, and they are doing well. We know that Egypt cam make all the money she lost in the past wars by selling th cure the other nations, but that is not the spirit of Egypt. As of now, our scientists are producing mass amounts of the cure, which is a combination of the special and unique silt of Mother Nile and a resource found beneath Thebes. We will produce all we can, keep enough for Egypt to heal her people twice over, and give the rest to the world. Babylon shall recieve, India, Ethiopia, Greece, and the white people rumored to be to the west. All of the nations must establish an embassy in Egypt in order to recieve medicaiton, though, and all unknown nations must make their presense. That is all. All hail Egypt!"

Hammurabi could not figure out why his attack on Greece had not followed through. No matter. The Greeks would be anxious to make peace with a powerful Babylon that could destroy them at whim--especially one with minor, if any, concessions.
Now his interest meandered Eastward. India was vast, but only slightly more powerful than Babylon. If he could rope in another nation, then he might be able to defeat them at his whim...ah, but that is folly.

Why have I still not discovered the Iron Age yet? Are my scientists complete retards?
Anyway, I choose to continue the hanging of criminals, it's much easier, and instead send brave colonists to Iceland. I also order the English holdings in France to expand.
And since the English army is going to have to downgrade when we finally reach the Iron Age, I order the navy to blockade Ireland the the army to invade it AGAIN!!

Okay, now to clear things up.
Nemeisis: I assume your response to the Irish peace treaty is no. Also, since of the current year in the BCs, even in civ3 unless you are lucky as hell you wouldn't have discovered Iron Working yet. So for the sake of realism tech will be advancing slightly slower.
Toasty: i admit i had missed your orders to attack Greece when i did the update. Also, don't let having the largest army give you a big head, after all it is only Bronze Age.

why hasnt egypt discovered bronze yet? We have the technology to cure the beubonic (assuming that is what it is) plague, but not discover bronze?
