Plans For Giant Music Hall Given Go-Ahead
The Kaiser himself has pledged Royal funds to help build a great Music Hall in Berlin. The giant building will be used for all sorts of Musical events. The idea created by Luther Von Bondy, was given the all-clear by the Kaiser as he called it a massive feat of Modern engineering and German culture. The building is expected to be finished in 10 years ready for the German Invitational Games.

Kaiser Sends Personal Invitations
Kaiser Albert III has sent out personal invitations to the Governments of the world, inviting them to participate in the German Invitational Games. It is believed that the following Nations have been invited to the competition set to be held in 770AD to coincide with the completion of the Grand Music Hall and the Khol Memorial Stadium, where the games will be held.

Bangalore lay in rubble.Allied troops were approaching the city,Chinese balloons were bombing the palace and riots had broken out as the regular troops had surrendered and now heavily attacked Aryas personal guard.Soon it was overwhelmed and only the most loyal 100 soldiers were defending Arya.It was a bloodshed and over 3000 anti-Arya fighters were slaughtered,but finally the Colonel of the Praetorian guard was hit by a bullet and the way to Aryas bedroom was free.Just when he wanted to cause the final explosion,he suffered a brain stroke and was paralyzed for a few minutes.This was enough for the troops to get to him,take out his explosion device and to take him out into palace garden,where a quickly assembled firing squad killed him;him,who had led India for over 4700 years;who had led India through 4 World Wars and numeerous local wars,but finally-who knows why-got mad and was almost "successful" in destroying Indian culture.

The fifth Worl War was over.Zululand,Rome,Carthage and Ethiopia had been swept away and Africa was now with the exception of Egypt a completely foreign-ruled continent [like in our world,cool!].India was completely occupied;16 million Indians had died,3 Million allied soldiers in India as well.Worldwide the number of victims was believed to go up to 100 million people due to the almost complete extermination of the Zulu and the Iron Fist genocides.

Changez sat in his cell in Bangalore concentration camp,when he heard steps outside.He knew it was over now.Finally Arya had grown tired of him and wanted to kill him,as he was half-"Non-Aryan".The door opened and outside stood a man in the uniforme of the Chinese Armed forces.In broken Indian he said "Mr.Changez,please come with me."Changez did so and when they left the building he began to cry about the destructions brought over India.They arrived in the temporary military headquarters of the Chinese and the commanding Chinese general told him he was the only government official left.He once had been Foreign Minister,but when he opposed India joining the Iron Fist his job was assumed by Arya himself.As Arya got more and more mad,he had been sent to the camp as his mother was Indonesian,but some of his very remaining friends had managed to protect him till the end.But as he had never bee dismissed officially,he was still a member of the government.Therefore he was the one who signed Indias unconditional surrender.

For the moment,India was ruled by a council of Allied Generals and under military government,but to hold off riots Changez was appointed as Indian liaison minister to the Military Council.He had no power,but was used to give the Indians a good feeling.

Russia will begin construction of a Railroad from Vladvistock to St. Petersburg. We anticipate this will take 10 years, due to the harsh conditions.

We will begin looking into the construction of Ironclad ships, which will be virtually unsinkable, though slow and cumbersome.

Britain becomes a Constitutional Monarchy!

With the death of Queen Elizabeth, Queen Victoria ascends the throne (not historically accurate I know lol).

She has declared that Britain will become a Protestant nation, but with religious freedom, and that Britain would face the most radical change in its history.

It was to become a Constitutional Monarchy.

Prime Minister Disraeli now gets more power, and finally Parliament has a big say in the running of the country.

Victoria, her German husband Prince Albert, and the Prime Minister will all attend the Olympic Games to be held in Germany.

Orders:

Concentrate on upgrading the economy by expanding the Merchant Fleet.

After that, begin to increase the education level of this country, and introduce the National Health Service. These initiatives should help Britain become a 1st world nation.

Finally, of course switch to a Constitutional Monarchy and change the official religion to Protestant.

Egypt's finest athletes were training for the Olympics. Runners came from the newly captured Ethiopian highlands on summons from the Council themselves. Long jumpers from the sands of Syria. Swimmers came from the baanks of the Atlantic Ocean, transported by the Egyptian railroad. The Egyptians were ready for the games. The finest athletes in all the land were prepared to bring honor and glory to their nation.

Our Millitary have to do something to, so a small Airforce has been commissioned by Tsar Peter XVI, he says it will remain small, but says that Russia has a vested interest in the future, the future is in the sky.

These Ballons, though only contain one bomber in their midsts, they are largely scaled down models with lighter gatling guns as armaments and twin engines (Whatever the heck these things use) they are intended for interception, rather than bombing. As better guns quickly make the Warrior elite of the Russian's (The Cossacks) surrender their steeds they begin to move to the new Interceptor Airships

The Primary airbase will be located in Rostov, though smaller bases can be found at Irkustk, Riga, Astrakhan and Helsinki. These proposed bases will have 3 Interceptors (At the Smaller bases) and 7 at Rostov, whith the Bomber based in Rostov.

The Interceptors will begin runs, gathering intelligence and telegraphing it back to the Kremlin.

And, even as Wooden ships are about to be obsoleted A Russian Submarine has been built of wood, witha large, flat top, and a box below, in the center, in which the sailors reside and work, the cannon are mounted on the barge part, as is a sail, which is partially telescopic and totally removable. These make very hard targets, and require no development, as they are rather simple.

The recent resolution on conquerers keeping the land they have conquered as passed and all lands in Africa have been given to their new owners.

Aztec-Andes RR lines connected and a constant railroad connects the most northern point of Aztecea to the most southen point of the Andes.

NHC enters Industrial Age.

GErman forces land in Arab-occupied Indian surprising the unspecting troops there and quickly occupying a good deal of land.

Grand Music Hall finished in GErmany. The Olyimpics has already caused a great spurt of economic growth in GErmany.

An amazing new weapon has been developed in Egypt. A gun with an extrodinary rate of fire has been invented by an American immigrant from the RNE named Robert (probably wrong, but who cares?) Gatling. The gun is the size of a cannon, fires a bullet every second, and is VERY expensive.

Due to a campeign of sabotage in Siberia, the Russian national railroad is yet uncompleted.

I see my worker guys built zero railroad this turn, the tsar is sad, but he understands.

The sabatours are to be dealt with civilly, given a jury of their peers. The minimum punishment for such a crime is exile though the jury will pichk the nation (Obviously not Siberian exile )
