Those missing are from: Matt0088 (Connecticut), crezth (Haiti), 1stcitizen (New Jersey), Swissempire (Funj), Jason the King (Austria), Julius Ghandi (Poland), TaylorFlamme (Portugal), and Abaddon (Russia). Of these if orders are not sent in, Poland, Portugal, Haiti, and Funj will become NPC and open to the public. The others will remain under reservation for one more turn, due to their diplomatic activity over the past week.
