On the restoration of peace between the Neo Old Kingdom (Egypt) and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (Soviet Union).

1: All of Soviet Egypt, comprising four provinces, shall be returned to the Neo Old Kingdom.

2: Egypt's island possessions in the Mediterranean, including Crete, Rhodes, and Cyprus, and Egyptian possessions in the former Republic of Turkey shall remain or become Soviet territory.

3: Egypt will pay a reparation of 2LPs over the course of five years, a total of 10LPs, as compensation for its part in the collaborated assault against Spain.
