Just to report a bug in my game as Germany: It is around 1250 and Prag hasn't flipped to the Austrians.
. And I think it isn't their UP, because it says: Workshops +1
, and not mines +2
.I found another issue. The English mines have +2. And I think it isn't their UP, because it says: Workshops +1

.
bonus if built (for every civ). The only change that happened in RFCE is that you can build a mine on a forest/hill tile without the compulsory deforestation of the tile. Therefore a forest/grassland/hill tile can get 1
4
with a mine.I played England as well and didn't get the Colonial UHV, but I'd also like to give feedback on another issue: It seems Frankia is willing to trade techs for really cheap prices. I also had this issue playing as Frankia, nobody wanted to trade techs fairly*!
Here's a screenshot showing how Frankia is willing to give so much for so little.
*I know the AI often doesn't trade fairly and will ask for more than he gives, but the trade offers I was given as Frankia were absurd!
Anyway, a patch is coming and sedna has a lot more coding experience than I have, so it will be fixed.
Did you capitulate Portugal or did it spawn and ask to be a vassal?

plus another +2
bonus. So instead of 1
4
it had 1
6
. I even found a place with 9
(moorland, hills, forrest, timmer, mine combination).
