The American City of Guantanamo built in Cuba is under revolt, the natives of Cuba demand that the city joins English Mexico, a country they feel they have more ties to. Due to the urgency of the act, it is solely up to the VP Lighthearter to decide how to go through with this.
Do we declare war on the Aztecs and English for funding the rebels
just send in the redcoats to get the city back under are control
do we gift the city to Montezuma
or other

As the ministry of military I strongly recommend to not give in, the English and the Aztecs will have to fight for the city and our military should be strong enough to repel any invasion.

Giving to Monty is not a bad idea. A strong buffer state of Mexico would be needed for our isolationist policy.

The aztecs are a English Vassal, so by giving it to monte, we are effectively giving it to England

The main concern of a war is our army is half as strong as theirs.
The President is currently in Portugal, if he can sign yet another defensive pact, then a war with Britain will be a breeze, We can bring in Japan, Portugal and Russia to help us. Japan and Russia are the two world powers, the fight would be a breeze. However Japan has a large colony in on the coast of America, so we would have to race for Edmonton (the super city with 2 wheat 4 U and 2 Oil)

I'd like to ask the foreign minister to seek support against the Imperialist British in the wold world. A two-front war would not only severely cripple the British but would mean we could expand much more than if the British could focus on us alone.
By the way ilduce, since our president is away are you giving your reports to Lighthearter instead?
If so Lighthearter I would like to know more about our military situation, for example how many units are in each city and what do we know about the British cities in America.

Logically thinking, the future ally should be in striking distance from England, so it can hit it instead of a situation of "hey I have a virtual ally". I would like to have a list of English colonies and English land before having a decision on the ally.

Seriously, if our army is half their strength, don't invade if we can help it, but don't give up the city, even if war is needed to make that reality.
