That's a site of Dali, Yunnan, China. Using that for the Tea Route is sort of...metaphorical.

Feng (walled city where Zhou nobility used to reside). Based on chinese city set. I wonder if someone finds a use for that
Port (South East Asia Harbor). Based on south east asian city set and Firaxis' harbor

Does the Tumen Amugulang Palace still exists?

Karakorum is just a ruin nowadays, so the Palace itself is doesn't exist anymore. I think they just rebuildt it, considering that the Mongols like to bethink their great past.
