I think there’s a very strong historical case for the flirtatious agenda, and I am all for it’s inclusion. It’s not strange at all to think of a ruler courting political alliances through diplomatic marriages (even if sometimes they were pursuing different people in private). Think of it like politically uniting the kingdoms, and maybe Cleoxander’s biological child can rule the combined empire afterwards.
