Hm, yeah, the problem is with only one initial seeder, the content doesn't get out fast enough. But once we start to get some completed downloads -- and extra seeders -- things will improve greatly.
I know I plan to seed both torrents for several days after I finish them.

Perhaps Super-Seeding is something to look into, Zappara.
It would surely hasten the distribution of RoM via torrent.

I am running both, and I will try and leave my computer on for the weekend at least (tis Sat morning here), but it has to go to work with me on Monday!

Okay there always has to be one noob in the bunch. I'll raise my hand.
So here it is: How do I use the D/L? I saved it. But My computer and microsoft doesn't recognize it.
A new toy and I can't even get it out of the package!
For all you young folk, not every RoM'er is savy on all these different means of distribution.

You need to download this program, it will allow you to download the file from that smaller file.

Bah now I have to install the torrent program too
Everyone has 8.1% to 8.3% except one person at 100% for FULL. 25.2% to 25.3% except one person at 100% for Lite.
After my initial burst of 900+kB/s I'm averaging 5kB/s.
I'm going to throw together a seed box for this while I wait. Give me an hour or so (going build it outta parts).
I'll use it to seed all night tonight while I sleep, and I'll keep it running 24/7 for a while.
[I'll stop the box at anytime if you request it zappara]

This must be the saddest uploading ever. Its like a tiny bit of new information pops up and then everyone downloads it and moved up a tiny % to where everyone has the same % downloaded.
It's cause we only have one seeder that has 100% of the file.
I've seen happen all to often unfortunately.
If more of us had 100% while seeding the torrent would move a lot faster.
ATM it would be a good idea to consider having the file uploaded to another source (e.g.: http://www.mediafire.com/) for us to grab the file (be quicker to DL ATM).
Then we can use that file to seed the torrent with.
Sux for us at the present time, but in the long run we'll have a torrent to seed a lot sooner, and the mod will/can be distributed much faster/sooner.

This doesn't make any sense to me, this is the use case torrents were designed for; wherever zap is uploading from won't magically get faster because he's uploading to a fileserver. sure, it may seem like it's crawling along, but it would take just as long to upload somewhere else, then you add the time for everyone to download.
the way it is now, the extra capacity in the swarm is getting everyone caught up, and we'll all be at 100% the same time as the upload to the fileserver would have finished, and we'd only then be able to start.

Yeah, Super-Seeding would have been better... Or a plain download. I could have that done by now...
