I left very little in the Kitty for the next set. Only 93g Earning now 780 gpt! comming from 561 10 turns ago. Them Toll Houses, markets, banks and all are doing their jobs properly ...
We can do with 1 or 2 pioneers to settle some near lost spots. eg. West of GAO and N of Fangataufa.

Most units we have are at or around Bergen (near all bombards, just upgraded them, are in Trondheim)
There probably are some units left on Goto's, Sorry for that. But I did not realise my turnset was up... Its all good (I hope)

We are Matchlock down on Sioux and Ottoman. And Political Philo down to the Sioux extra.
I have not exchanged anything with the Mongols, fighting... that is.. I only took 1 boat (load) But the troops are (near) ready to start landing if we want.
Due to the little warring, no MGL and NO IP.

I was about to go WTH did we build science buildings for, until I realised that they were all conquered cities. My bad, I should have checked the viking cities I captured for obsolete/illegal buildings.

Hereheretua gets my vote for IP slightly ahead of Hatutu, 1 extra water tile is good, and that should give it enough spt to build summer or winter palace, which we get with absolutism.

If an emperor AI can research us all the way to space before 2050 I will be amazed. Domination or conquest works for me, just depends which we hit first. Then try the game again on Deity.

We have no funds going toward research thus, no use of the "illegal" buildings, it just cost us a bit of gpt. But in the end al that gpt will suck you kitty dry...
Thusly I think I do know a bit more about why AI are more suck at RaR. They are not smart enough to scrap obsoleet buildings.

Them palaces are sort of FPs right? Lower corruption and such?! Then I am all for it as well.
Does the summer/winter palace mimic the FP in everyway?! Meaning upping the OCN and such?

Yep, AFAIK they up the OCN too.

I read about it in the civilopedia. You get some building, you cannot build by hand, in every town/city you own. That building ups the happyness, not that we need it.... but its nice...

So far I have played six turns, and last turn war weariness started. It is still bearable, but if we want to go for a conquest/domination win we should think about a different government. Since we know absolute monarchy, I´d suggest revolting to that. Any objections?

I like the better stealing part (vet spies) but a bit weary of the Corruption (not sure how that works out) but I would hate to lose the extra commerce from republic....

I notice that we still have some offensive troops on the indian island. Holliday is over guys, back to work.

T1-T5

The war with the Mongols is a bloody mess. Both of us use units with high attack and low defense, so nearly every attack results in a kill. I wish we had some more defenders there.
Nevertheless we capture Xianyang, wich gives us the slave trade.


T6-T10

Slave trade doesn`t really help our WW, and several cities riot.
After one failed attempt, we stole theory of warfare from the Sioux (or Iroquise? I always mix these two up).
I renewed the luxury deal with japan, but have to give them additional horses.
As for the war, we captured Nanjing.
We approach on two other directions as well, the last shipment of troops mad us strong enough to start another attack in the south.
Militarywise I focussed on building mainly pikes, because I found us lacking them dearly. There are a few shipments en route, but they might be just enough to do garrison duties.
Progress was a little slow, because I waited for the cannons to catch up, wich consumed time.
One ship is heading to the former malinese island, to pick up some troops left there.
War weariness is bearable, after the first wave no other cities rioted, so I decided to chicken out of the decision wheter to revolt or not and leave that to the next player.

I think you are mistaken about the WW....

When you took the slave trade we got free Slave Markets everywhere. The slave market gives a nice production boost of 25%, makes 2! people unhappy in its city. This is compounded by having other wonders. Quite a few of them add unhappy faces to the 2 of the slave markets. So there may actually be more unhappy faces due to the slave markets, but at least 2!

This is more than likely to be the cause, not the WW. IMO
 
I checked the reason. The salve markets did cause unhappiness, but there was also WW.
