So in the expanded score victory tab the list of sources of points seems to read :
Alignments (?? ausrichtungen)
Territory (reich)
Great People
Religion
Technology
Wonder
Trade
Plundering

and interestingly there are also "eigenes punktesystem 1" and "eigenes punktesystem 2" seems to translate in "own point system" which I guess means it's open to be moded

I wonder what alignments mean (or ausnchtungen).

From the other videos I gathered that 'Ausrichtungen' are the policies. I find that translation a bit odd in German but yeah... it's policies.

I edited my post to include the times:

Thanks. It is indeed what is called "policies" in the english version. It makes sense in German, but not so much in English if you translate it back. The german version seems to be auto-translated, whenever a full sentence is displayed, the grammar is horribly wrong.

Difficulty bonus to military looks like a bad idea. I hope it affects low levels only (as I don't plan to play them) and no penalties for high difficulty levels. Having different military strength for the same unit don't look right.

I understand it's subjective, but for me that's the area AI bonuses shouldn't touch.

I know this is grasping, but it could be a good sign. Perhaps the AI is so good now that they are too difficult on easier levels, and they have to artificially balance them using more means.

Either way, I think there's a good chance this modifier will only be on the easier levels. And I would be surprised if this is difficult to mod out on top of that.

In the IGN video the new (dashed) civ border style is very clear to see on the map. I really like it. This might have been confirmed a while ago though.

Edit: Wait, it's in half the video... maybe it only is enabled when a city is selected.

Great to see the wonder. I'm unhappy with the name though. Why not call it Zeche Zollverein if it is clearly modeled to look like it?

Doesn't it reflect whether you have open borders or not?

Some updated Great People UI can be found in the following link.

So can a little more information about Apostles. Something to note is besides evangelizing new beliefs, they also function as Inquisitors.

Looks like there's a 3rd kind of non-Great Prophet Religious Unit. The one in the flat hat has a different icon than all other religious units we've seen so far.

Edit: Thought a bit about it, and since you need a Shrine to build Missionaries & a Temple to build Apostles, maybe it stands to reason you need a the 3rd tier building to build Flat Hats? Or maybe each building has their own associated Flat Hat? Imams for Mosques, Ministers for Meeting Houses, Monks for Wats, etc?

at 0:44 in the Germany Video we see an (unique) industrial district. Are all three buildings in it already identified? Nuclear Power Plant, factory and sawmill? I guess the metal stuff left of the factory (I don't know the english word for it) belongs to the factor, right?
The three buildings are Workshop, Factory and Powerplant.

Found this in the latest Germany video. Great Barrier Reef? It only seems to be one tile, though - the surrounding tiles don't appear to show anything (besides a fish resource).
It looks to me to be the Great Reef; the second tile is probably in the fog.

Someone up above said that's probably pearls, not the Reef. That's how it looks to me too.

Well Germany was the player and the German borders were dashes, so that wouldn't make sense unless your own borders start dashed in the beginning of the game during that period before borders can be closed.

Is this the thread that supplies the data for well-of-souls?

I ask because I notice Rome, Spain and India are listed as ship civs and I'm wondering where that info comes from.

Interesting note about the Apostles: They have an icon for Spread Religion, Launch Inquisition, Evangelize Belief, and a fourth icon that can also be seen as the icon for the Passive Ability for Great Generals/Admirals. Looks like Religious Combat isn't just reserved for the Apostles themselves, but for units within their influence radius (or just units linked up with them)

German magazine talked a bit about Spain & India's unique units and Rome was seen for a split second in a Dev Diary.

I'm glad they are not "bazookas" any more

It looks like they've changed the unit icons in the production menu again, at first they were symbols on a green circle, then more detailed images, and now we are back to the symbols, this time with a slightly different shape, corresponding to the unit type, and current civ colours.

Didn't Ed say Civ VI would ship with the same 18 civs that Civ V shipped with, but with a single change? Maybe I mis-remember that statement.
