There's a decent chance this is it then.
Lohrens is too paranoid to be Hitler. (Wow, that is a weird statement you made me make Game) She's my top pick for Liberal.
KM is entirely too unmotivated to have been branded with the Kingmaker role. Especially considering Apoc's bizarre hypothesis the scum team would just be magically unmotivated all game. This is the shakiest of the Liberal claims as it's pretty meta, but there's not a lot here for KM. Maybe I'll see, I'm not bothering with a re-read unless Stork's probably inevitable government doesn't bring as end to freedom.
Zack, Apoc and I have parallel allegiance, but none of us make a great Hitler, especially me and Zack.
Visor is unlikely for aforementioned reasons, though props if he's playing me.
That leaves Stork and Jarema, and we're left with early revolutionary promising us freedom from sanctions and a return to glory, a bastion on shining morality. Or Jarema really is the man who survived a thousand character assassinations but kept on trucking.
Zack's play makes even more sense if Stork is Hitler, as a typical bait and switch with squeaky clean fascist, but policies clicking into place would have forced him to be desperate enough to try it anyway even if Jarema was Hitler.
So I'm thinking, split between Jarema and Stork, with a light possibility of KM just being really occupied with real life.
