Because it appears that Option 3 is not viable anymore in the council decision, I strongly encourage those who voted for Option 3 to change their vote to Option 2, as Option 2 and Option 3 are very similar and can easily be complementary goals, while Option 1 and Option 3 cannot.

After reading the results of the most recent SC decision, Pharaoh Ramesses II noticed a tie in Choices numbers 1 and 2.
Ramesses felt that the European civilizations were just a bit too advanced for Ramesses, and decided to go with choice #2 of focusing on economy and science.
