Semi-Vegetarianism and Meatlike products

To think that over half the teeth in my mouth are there for no apparent reason. Hmm.

Um...this doesn't make sense. Apart from the four canines, I don't see how human dentition differs very much from that of a horse. Still, I am frequently wrong.

It is all about using spices etc. to give taste to your food. Normally, adding some meat will make almost anything taste good, now you just have to work a little harder.

Also, I would try to make dishes that taste good and are vegetarian, instead of taking your regular menu and trying to replace the meat with something else. There are many things that you can easily make nice without meat: pizza's, pasta, curry, noodles etc. However, taking a "traditional" (here at least) meat+vegetable+potatoes dish and replacing the meat by a veggie burger is not really successful.

Beans are a good meat substitute, I have eaten a meat substitute trademarked "Quorn" made from fungi, but i could not find it outside of UK.
