The video showed that reefs give +6 adjacency bonus to campus which seems excessive to me. What do others think?
Well, three reefs give a +6 bonus. Each reef itself gives +2.

well, they showed fog of war . . . by definition that is "mystery" already. nobody knows what's there."Mystery" = "smoke and mirrors"

That you are not seeing that it was surrounded by 3 reefs![]()
They don't. They give +2.
While these Mods are indeed wonderful and I use them repeatedly due to the lack of resources etc in the basic game, it would be welcome I think for purists of the base non-modded game.New Resources would be fine, but who cares? We already have at least two very high quality mods that add more resources. I can't even tell the difference between the ones in the base game and the ones made by Sukritact, so this is the least important thing for Firaxis to bother themselves with.
My two cents:
The new reef adjacency for campuses is great, but I also really want to see (1) return of some sort of riverside bonus for lumber mills (e.g., 1 gold, with an additional production part way through the tech tree and another gold later in the tech tree) and (2) new ways to get adjacency bonuses for theater squares. Here's to hoping there are more fun tweaks coming.![]()
Meh, I'd myself go the other direction, there should be a limit to how much benefit you can get from grouping several campuses into the same area.I would mostly like to see districts get stronger adjacency bonuses for alike districts, so clustering Campuses from 3 or 4 cities together to make a mega-Campus.

Can't wait to play a Terra map as the Maori.
Smoke...as from the primordial map... and mirrors... as from the mirrored map?"Mystery" = "smoke and mirrors"
That makes a lot more sense. Thanks for correcting my oversight![]()
I've wanted theater squares to get more adjacency bonuses toward city centers since a lot of cultural sites including theaters and museums are located in or near the center of large cities. My two cents:
