This plan works max cottages possible. The Cottage 1S of the city will become a hamlet T59 (not 100% on this anymore). It assumes we get Math T63 which might be difficult if we don't pillage th copper.
I wonder if we can pillage the copper and then take the 10T peace trade immediately afterwards? That would give Louis time to escort the worker north and then come back down for more worker thieving.
Pillaging the copper and then a Cease Fire (NOT a DoP, please) is a great idea! I checked ZPV's DoP formula and I'm confident that Brennus cannot increase his power enough by T56 to change the verdict, as long as I'm using the formula correctly. We just test whther he'll DoP before Louis pillages on T56.
However, this does mean the slave will be too late for the T63 chop. We can still get Math by T63 and the Oracle by T64, by my calculations, ***IF we get 10g or more in plunder***. If we only get 8 or 9g, it's still possible if we have 14b overflow from T54 (I think we have only 13b, but I'm not certain. We'll know next turn.)
For 10g or more in plunder the MM is:

Slave
T55 - move 1N, road and wake
T56 - move 1N1W, road if safe and wake
Try to reach the forest 1N of Orleans by T63 for the chop. Prebuilding roads for future warfare while waiting for the escort warrior.
Be careful! The slave is not safe if he goes T55 move 1N. He can be eaten by a panther from 2NW. I would stay inside Brennus's culture and wait for Louis. We'll want roads down here eventually, so that's a good idea. Slave could go T55 1NE, road and wake. Then on T56, I wouldn't move the worker at all before teleporting, so he still has his movement points. He'll teleport 1N to the jungle, telling us if those jungle tiles are safe. Then he can go 1W to see if the jungle tile west of the hill has a panther. If not, back east to the safe jungle. If there is a panther there, then he has to join Louis and hope Louis survives.
I would play it safe with the slave and only move with Louis in jungle tiles till it's safe to break for our culture.
We need to decide what the slave will do, since he's not needed for the Oracle. He could move through our culture, while making partial roads to save a couple turns of movement. We need to decide where our road to the south will be. Here's one possibility:
The idea is not for the slave to build lots of road right now, but just one along the way, maybe. I chose Paris-SE simply because it connects to Paris and the road at Paris-1NW so Slave saves one tile of movement afterwards.
Well, actually, he moves 1E to Orleans, then takes the road 1N and can still chop that turn. That's why we're building that road, which is otherwise a waste of wkr-turns. But now you got me thinking. If we want to mine those hills asap anyway, it would be better to have Eiffel end up on the Orleans-1W hill so he can immediately mine it, rather than wasting a turn later. That would slow down connecting the horses though. So Eiffel could go:
T55 road
T56 chop
T57 chop
T58 chop
T59 road sheep, wake
T60 move to Orleans-1W
T61 chop
T62 chop
T63 chop
Then the roaded hill can be mined little by little to save workers wkr-turns while moving.
Orleans borders expand on T68, I think, so Eiffel would be 1 turn later getting to the horses, after mining Orleans-1N for 1t. If slave beelines Orleans instead of roading Paris-1SE, then he can also mine Orleans-1N 1 turn, complete the sheep road, road the horses and we connect the horses on T70.
LowerTheCastle's micro a few posts back is suggesting we chop one forest in Orleans before we get math, and then another later right after we get math on T63.
I have no access to the game for the next 4 days, so it would be nice to get screenshots.
How much of a concern is the barbarian archer next to our borders?
We have no copper so stealing ironworking is a higher priority. I doubt we will be able to keep Brennus without copper even with chariots. Or at least by the time we can organize the chariots he will likely have quite a few metal units.
Do we have a plan for what city is producing the spy(ies)?
Walter, I tried, but unfortunately I'm unable to determine how many cities there are worldwide without more data. Could you upload the T50/51/53/54 saves, please?
We know animals spawn at T6.
We know human barbs spawning follow the NumTotCities > 1.5*NumAliveCivs
We know human barbs invasions start when NumTotCities > 2*NumAliveCivs
But what I didn't know but discovered is the active beelining of barbs and extended views to pillaging and city incursions start at the condition:
NumTotCities > 3*NumAliveCivs
Yes, if some barb units spawn nearer to us than Brennus or we show weakness compared to him (think metal units he will build while us doing wonders), barbs will beeline to the most juicy target, while ignoring our warrior outposts.
Worker stealing Brennus might be an even better choice to keep him weaker than us.
Here's the code:

Both of LC's chops are pre-math. T63 chop needs to be T64.
I'm not in favor of the pre-math chop T58. I like the other 3 plans where the 2nd worker makes the 2nd chop, or we make the road to do both chops w/ 1 worker, or we chop Oracle 1 turn later.

Figuring out the total number of cities requires several data points: our percentage population (F8), world population (F8), top five cities pop (F9), demo screen pop data (F9), Brennus city pops, our city pops.
