[BTS] SGOTM 26 - Home Slices

Green light also. I think we've over-analyzed this one a bit. But it looks fantastic! and we had some good adjustments due to the break (like the whole 2Clams addition)

Rex is using 6t to get 2t of a partial farm.
Critical farm? or Would it be better maybe to pre-chop 2t at Rice-1S
That forest at rice-1S is 2nd ring for 2Clams, but we it will be in our borders immediately (without monument, etc), so it's 30h.

Or, maybe better, just do the phMine for T75 2t early (killing time on a pRoad 1t)

I like 2:food: in the capital more than 2:hammers: in Clam City.

I like the timing because Rex is not too fast chopping if that makes anysense.
After finishing the mine what should Rex do?

All workers will need to converge on gems on T83 I think.

It does seem a bit awkward though wasting 1 worker turn ya.
Plains hill road gets us half way to hooking up rice :yumyum:

Galley 1 shows a pickup on T71, but phillip shows he boards T72.
Oops!
I will fix it now, thanks :)

Can anyone double check it and look through MirrorGuard's PPP for more ideas?

I am out of time for the next 10 hours.

So MirrorGuard, are you following the posted PPP and the spreadsheet is just your way of keeping yourself on track? Or do you have other suggestions/changes to the PPP Kait posted?

Agreed, but it didn't sound like the farm was being complete, maybe it is.

Wait, now you sound like to want the road.

I'm fine with whatever MG decides on this.

Shepherd completes the farm on T69.

It should already have 2 turns in it from worker moves in the ancient past.

Ya, let Mirrorguard decide.
Both ways are good.

**Edit**
Fixed!

I am not in position to look at MGs spreadsheet either. Greenlight for me. My only question was I don’t see the deer Road getting re-roaded.

Joan and Phillip land on the tile Turn 80 and will road it again T81 so we can repeat the dun trick in the future.

If the holy city is founded in Profit City the missionary will have to wait.

Green light to play 3 turns if Mirrorguard likes the PPP I posted.
Maybe practice a little on the test game 1st.
I'm not 100% sure what I wrote down is perfect.

I like to print out the PPP and cross out each line with a pen as I complete it.

Most common mistake is forgetting to halt a worker and it just keeps going the next turn.

Good luck if you play Mirrorguard!
We are all rooting for you.

I will look at your play ideas more tonight if you still want to change some things.
This team game lasts months, and the next 10 turns are all up to you.

Yes for both questions.
I will only send 1 of the twin workers to profit to chop(is it your advice?) It means the dun whip should be on T76, leaving T77 78 for 2chops. The worker on mainland can find better job to do. But it's not about the next 3turns.
So all green lights received. I will start to play in 8hours.

Having both Oracle choppers on T78 is for safety reasons.

If Oracle is 1 chop away on T78 and the AI completes Oracle, then we get 80 fail gold and Profit City falls into a rut.

If the dun overflow and 2 chops all land on T78 and the AI completes Oracle, then Profit City can put 220:hammers: into Maoi Statues and the city is 1 whip away from an enormous production boost.
With all water tiles giving +1:hammers:, Profit City can easily build another World Wonder later.
This also allows our empire to build endless fail gold in Maoi in coastal cities that we can cash out whenever we want.

When two chops land on turn 78 there's no way we can lose Oracle to the AI. But I'm still fine with the idea of one worker and gambling a bit

One worker means we whip away a coast tile and a scientist 1 turn earlier.

We gain +1 gold due to units remaining inside our borders.
We also gain 3 worker turns.

Mmm, OK let's gamble. :D
Good luck Mirrorguard!

The powers that be did not include you in our team list for some reason.

@Noble Zarkon
@AlanH

Help!
MirrorGuard was in as a lurker as we hadn’t confirmed he was playing. I’ve taken the brackets off now so you should be able to play.
