I believe the blame lies with me, as I think the Xteam predates your version of my avatar. I had a home made plain Apple Panther X for a while before you created my current ones. Incidentally, Apple has revamped the X for Tiger, the new version. I don't have my copy yet, but when I do I may want to update my avatar.

It's always Mac OS X, just the code name and version number that changes. We've had 10.0 Cheetah, 10.1 Puma, 10.2 Jaguar (Yeah! Plaster's off and I'm driving now, by the way ), 10.3 Panther, and now 10.4 Tigger/sorry, Tiger. But I don't mind a team name change if you think it'll help to confuse the opposition or improve our performance or both.

That's really rather good! . My copy of TIgger is winging its way in my general direction from Amazon, and I expect to have it by the weekend. In all probability my avatar will become stripey at that point.

may it be possible for my humble self to join your team for sgotm7.
I have lurked your games since sgotm2(maybe 3, which was the UN one?), except those which i played in but i went back and read them after.
I must say the detail of your discussions have improved my civ3 play greatly, I used to be a builder *blushes*, but now i'm a warmonger and would never contemplate building a temple again.
AWD does scare me a little, but demigod domination is my favourite difficulty/victory and I do so comfortably. (and am i right that demigod in c3c is the same as deity in vanilla?)
I would be honoured at the chance to play amongst gods, so to speak.

(this is of course assuming that willow or capt. are not able to play)

I have played a sgotm before (team sesn, in the zenophobic variant) and was playing in the game after until my gf kicked me out and I lost access all together for several months. (my work blocks civfanatics )

And this is to confirm that I won't be playing - though, as you can see in the sign-up thread, I've asked if there can be some special arrangement to allow me to only lurk the XTeam thread.

I hope to keep giving my two-cents until y'all tell me to shut-up. Of course, with almost no deity experience, I'm not what my money will be worth; I expect to learn many times what I contribute.
