Should I be allowed to have a psychiatrist's thread?

Ah hello my mental scarred fellow civfanatics - as you can see I want to reopen my thread on the anguish of the human condition but as I expect this will be met with some resistance from those higher up the civfanatic chain of command than I I decided not to open it at once but put the issue to a fair and democratic poll (Mugabe, Hitler and Bush style)

For those of you who dont know I once opened a thread where you could come to me with any in internal cerebral illnesses that you have, I would provide advice and help to all your conditions and it would have a life changing effect on you (rmsharpe and darkside used to be commies b4 they took my advice)

Huh, an insane person giving psychiatric advice? - Well yes of course, I have years of experience of internal turmoil, first hand, to draw on. I am more qualified than anyone to speak on the subject (note Im a certified maniac - well where did you think the certified comes from, eh? eh?) and understand sexual innuendo better than freud

So I hope you'll vote kindly in this pole so that I can once again become the psychiatrist in da house
