Should we implement the new Constitution according to the following plan?

What the citizen-offices should do:
1) write a quick sum-up on how to post polls now. and of course what is needed to make them valid
2) write a quick sum-up of what executive positions have to take care of and how will of citizenry is enforced
...
we miss a kind of "short rule summary" at the moment.

A general poll needs to be discussed for a day, proposed for a day, posted for a day and attract at least 14 voters.

Anybody can post an informational poll on any subject, though generally speaking the officials should be posting on their areas of responsibility. Binding polls for game events need to be posted by the appropriate leader. Rule of law (Legislative polls) are posted by the Judiciary when they have gone through Judicial Review. Council Votes are posted by the various members of the Executive branch (Pres and Council).

so what about writing a "how to?" for the rules shaitan? this would be exactly what would be needed in there...

how to register as citizen?
how to be a good citizen?
how to become an official?
how to post polls?
...
how to change the rules?
...

i would popose a "how-to thread" with the 1st post being an index, and the following posts being the different questions. if someone asks something then, we could directly push him to the apropriate post.

I was thinking the same thing. A FAQ thread for the demo game like Killer has done in the main forum.
