Since when is being a convicted murderer a political prisoner?

I really don't think Rupert Murdoch cares all that much about politicizing and propagandizing science the way he does with so many other topics.

Why are there no error bars on this graph? They did take a sample and not just one observation, right?

It's about the standard of the media. Call him what he really is and not something made up to make him fit to what you want him to be.

Oh, my bad. I thought it was a story about a Palestinian. But I gather the man that the story is actually about is irrelevant.

Anti-semetic people truly show their colors when they support/justify such terrorism.

Well, people who's deaths will weaken Israel tend to be Jewish, that's not something necessarily Anti-Semitic, in the same vein Israel's security policies are not Anti-Palestinian, though were made in the knowledge that most people able and willing to commit acts of terror against Israel are Palestinians.

I'm being really blunt now, though that's the kind of logic that is employed.

it's an observable count where error bars aren't relevant.

Rather surprising that they ran next to no stories on education for an entire year. Didn't think that would be possible for a major newspaper.

Man, maybe I should just restart my Israel-Palestine thread and quarantine all Israel-Palestine related posts there. Maybe the mods can merge all the contents of this thread to that one?

Well it is good that he has changed his view on what he did and tries to encourage others to not follow violence, and that would have been a worthy story all in it's own, but the way they presented it was wrong.

I always find it interesting whatever media on gets it from to find actual information. But seriously, one man's 'terrorist' is another man's 'political prisoner', 'freedom fighter' etc.

Yep, the Muslims carry a reasonable enough story of Jesus, but the Christians over the top.
