I will agree to this referendum as long as it is for the whole of the High German peoples in Bohemia-Moravia, and doesn't divide them. Let there be one referendum, for the entirety of the High German people in Bohemia-Moravia.

I propose a second referendum for the Polish in the North East of Bohemia-Moravia, So that they can rejoin Poland.

Only stats corrections i can find is that the stuff from the retransfer of Calais didn't end up in the stats - I should have 256EP and only 8% dissent. EDIT: also the land forces in portugal haven't been added back to the stats proper.
