Under proposal A, the Ottoman Empire forgoes reparations, agrees to the Greek population exchange proposal, and the border is set at the following line:

Under proposal B, Crete remains under Greek jurisdiction, no population exchange takes place, and 40 EP of compensation payments are paid by the Athens regime.
