Some suggestions

I enjoy the mod very much. Still, I have some things that displease me:

1) When France is conquered, and Vichy France comes into play, all of France's old colonies are turned to new Vichy regime. But unfortunately their borders are completely ruined, especially in Indochina and Syria. That should be changed.

2) Sometimes AI Germany changes their ideology from Fascism to Democracy. Ideology change should be forbidden for the major powers.

3) Something has to be done with the border system.

4) Plane ranges could be tuned down, not only in Global assault, but also in European RTW map.

Borders are detemined by the cultural strength of the cities. So they are more influence area as opposed to political borders. Try to see borderes like that. Remember Civ4 is abstract and some compromises have to be made

As to Idealogy change, is that in open-play or historic. When playing, Germany I do notice that some civs ask Germany to change idealogy. I suspect one of these requests is accepted by the AI.

Plane ranges. I agree, hence why I have reduced them in my mini-mod. e.g. The Me109s are limited to the south Coast of England.
