Congo's rising star has stalled. Siamese troops landed unopposed in Madagascar and Congo's navy in the Mediterranean has been defeated a second time. China's Invasion Fleet in the Pacific has been sent back across the map divide with a bloody eye by the Mexican Navy. The titanic Battle for Syria saw nearly a half million soldiers fighting on either side for control of the territory.

Siam, meanwhile, has spread its wings and now controls nearly all of Oceania now than Indonesia in Exile has capitulated.

Last year, France hit a brick wall in Europe. This turn, France didn't move. France's expeditionary forces in Syria were wiped out defending the territory for their Israeli allies. However, France defeated the Congo in the Mediterranean once again, protecting the soft underbelly of Europe from invasion.

France may not have moved, but it certainly has reorganized. France graciously let Germany off the hook and allowed them to reenter Germany. Russia, to prevent falling into France's cross-hairs, ceded Scandinavia to the French. Poland, New England, and Israel all are now client states of the powerful French Empire.

When France hit a brick wall last year, one empire entered into a frenzied expansionist phase. Mexico, after conquering half of South America last year, conquered half of NORTH America this year, including the Caribbean. In South America, Chile holds on by threads....​
