Australia, outside of military installations, is largely populated by what the One Vision government calls C3 Humans. C3 Humans are humans that have not received genetic or cybernetic enhancements. For the past decade, C3 humans had been settled in Australia in the name of the "Australian Outback Mining and Resettlement Program". However, this reporter has received documents and photographs showing that the resettlement program held a darker purpose.

Just that France and India are claimed and I'm pretty sure you're stepping on toes if you go into South Africa right next to Angola.
