Seeing as Kennigit turned out to be Gary and not Spongebob [GM error] I think it quite likely that ATPG is either Spongebob from his comments yesterday, or doing a very good job protecting the real Spongebob.

Fine. I'll Vote: civplayah. Not only did he not vote last round, he hadn't even posted in more than two weeks and 3 rounds until his recent post, and yet wasn't WoG'ed. His one vote this entire game was a day one abstain. Either an epic lurker or a mafia, either way not someone we should probably let live for very long.
