The day had been busy in Cha'dra, and no one was spared from the chaos that would continue today. The last refugees from Westshire were arriving, and things were starting to get a little bit out of hand. Thorion & Gauvard wer moving across endless hall ways in the nature academy, all full of plague victims still strugling to live.
"This is not a good time to call for meetings, what's gotten into Sulimann now?" - Thorion said as he, barely, avoided a plague victim that fell on the floor right infront of him.
"This is a grim time indeed, but our people are working day and night to find a permanent solution." - Gauvard replied with a sigh
They finally arrived into the mirror hallway, the only place of the academy that didn't have the shadow of death hanging over it, where Sulimann was already waiting
"What's so urgent that you had to call us here?" - Both men inquired
Sulimann was looking outside into the gardens of the Violet Citadel, she then slowly turned her hed and nodded the two men to sit
"Erisen has passed away, he finally succumbed to his illness. As his last wish Ged has been appointed acting regent Archwizard." She finaly said
"Where is Ged now?"
"He left to oversee the latest part of our plan, in overcoming the plague, an hour ago."
"But..." - Sulimann said, before either man could say a word. "There is more we need to talk about."
"What is it?" - Gauvard asked
"With the fall of Westshire and taking in of the refugees, new problems have risen." - She said
"What can be possible worse then the plague?" - Thorion asked with a slight look of doubt on his face
"Ethnic conflict." - Sulimann finally answered
"You mean the army of Westshire that is due to arrive?" - Thorion asked
"Of cource she does! The people of the Shire have lost their lands to the plague and weather, if nothing is done they'll come after our lands in desperation! And i'm sure that the Air Adepts of the Shire won't hesitate to use their magic in destroying us aswell!" - Gauvard shouted rising up and nearly smashing his chair to bits
"Unless, we do something about it." - Sulimann said calmly
"And what is that?" - Thorion asked
"That's what Ged's gone to look after, our secondary plan is already in motion. And our main goal is to avoid a war." - Sulimann replied
"And what are the other Council members doing?" - Thorion questioned
"Minister Rihos is seeing to the safety of the refugees and that the borders and naval shipping be closed to the Torinnin Islands. Minister Ventre is communicating with the refugee leaders and trying to keep things calm and under control. Sokuram is trying to keep the plague from spreading within Cha'dra and keeping our Academy students safe from the plague. And Grandwitch Tessai suffered a major heart attack from all the stress, she is in no condition to work, but for now we are short handed so that came in a bad time." - Sulimann said
