Or know where he went?

I assume he is on active duty again. Too bad we cant send him some e-mails of encouragement.

Isn't a "starlifter" an (older) American cargoplane?

Maybe he flies one of those around? It's too bad he had to leave CFC, I can still remember him with the "phalanx" and "archer" avatars back in the old days, and he had some very informative posts on how civ2 works.

Yes, he flies cargo planes. He is assigned to a Reserve unit near Seattle, and sometimes gets activated for up to 6 months at a crack. When he "disappeared" again, I assumed he was back ferrying men and material to the Middle East.

And yes, Kemal, the starlifter is the C-141B - the "workhorse" of the Air Mobility Command. Since there are some of them based out of McChord AFB, Washington, I assume that is what he flies.

Yeah, there was another such thread last time he disapeared, in Site Feedback if I remember correctly.

I think I remember seeing an old post of him, and he was "Guest" registered "N/A". Strange.

Anyway, if he is going into combat of some kind, I wish him luck. Even though I never posted when he was around.

Nope, the last one was started by you, in OT. I remember vaguely someone (me?) pointing it out to starlifter when he did return to post for some months.

No news, but I wasn't surprised, what the Iraqi situation and stuff. Probably busy doing his job.

Yup.... I wonder if those cargo planes have a computer on them? With internet access? Hmmm.... It might have a computer on it(most likely does), but I doubt there let him get on the internet while flying.
