As for barbarians, some of them will always fight, some of them will always join, but the effect on your expansion and on your casualties will be either as if they all joined, either as if they all fought you, depending on the mod and on his mood.

Notes: The Sarmatians are a fierce nomadic people from the Asiatic steppes. Over a succession of centuries, the various Sarmatian tribes have migrated west, occupying the plains between the Don and Volga rivers. The tribes have been confederated under the rule of a single King, who commands an army assembled from each of the tribes. The Sarmatians have maintained their traditional way of life, living as nomads on horseback; few have settled in the towns along the Don and Volga. A lifetime spent on horseback has made the Sarmatians some of the finest horsemen in the world.
OOC: Very angry. I got two extra eco, and I never got a reply on whether or not I could spend and increase my eco in the same turn. You should have told me. Orders in tomorrow.
To Mainlanders
From Mori:
We wish to propose Alliances and Trade Agreements. We are not interested in war with any of your nations as we are busy elsewhere.
We'd agree to a route between us, if it weren't for the fact that your economy can't handle setting one up... Also, which dynasty are you asking for an alliance with, some are currently at war you know.
To Yan
From Mori:
True, in time very soon we will be able to support it.
Well we will make an alliance with the Dynasty that makes it worth our while the most. We arnt signing up with some ally that is just going to lose a war and thus make us look bad to the victors now are we?
