SteamDB: "Bison" Depot??

So bascially, His UA would be like

UA: Occupied cities in resistance for twice as long, New units spawns in occupied territories still in resistance. +1 Food to each cities.

UU: Apache Riders: Very fast and speedy, Can have the chance to withdraw from melee attacks. Replaces Knights(Similar to Keshik, But with penalties to attacking cities)

UB: Wickup: Since the UA encourages being attacked and fighting a war of attrition, IT will give +3 good and 10% to food export to other cities withen trade routes.

Who knows that is sort of like the Shoshone UU and the egyptian burial tomb combined into one. What about adding a tourism bonus to the UA since Geronimo was unknown.

That sounds like one of those Civs that would be fun to play against, but not so fun to actually play as.

Cherokee sounds fun, are they the one who do scalping?
Scalping was widespread. Cheyenne, Sioux, Iroquois... Europeans too, let us not forget.

Things that make the Cherokee stand out include being fast to adapt to European innovations and the syllabary invented by Sequoyah, and probably a lot of other things I'm not familiar with.

Everyone did scalping, at least on the east coast. So yes? Or no. It depends on what you mean. The Cherokee did it no more than the Iroquois did (given how the Iroquois treated prisoners, I suspect the Iroquois actually did it more, but I don't know of any studies on this). It's also worth keeping in mind that the practice of scalping was done on a relatively minor scale until Europeans started paying them to scalp their enemies as a way of encouraging Indian warfare (usually to encourage their allies to defeat their enemies).

Amazon is now listing a Civ 5 Complete Edition: http://www.amazon.de/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00HEOGPXG/civ3deagermac-21

Whatever that is, I think it's gonna mean that Civ 5 is over and end of life. Maybe, bison is just the code name for civ 5 complete.

Sorry for ruining your days :(

Is that arrogance I smell

Nope, A Complete Edition would not be listed as a seperate ID on the GameApps at Steam, we've already talked about this, neither Patches nor "compilations" use any GameApps.

Not to mention that "New World Deluxe" WAS listed for MAC along with Bison DLC but was removed shortly (or it's still there).

My hunch is that the Civ V "Complete Edition" will be all the DLC released to date plus both GnK and BNW. The Bison Depot is definitely a separate DLC; whether or not it will be contained in this package is up for debate.

I'm hoping this isn't the end for civ V too, but the latest changes on the Steam database worry me. Someone seems to have updated the metacritic score from 90 to... 90 again, and replacing the links, which seems like a strange thing to bother doing (especially when you aren't making any other updates) - unless they were making sure all the data was correct before a final release. Also, the 'change number', which has up to this point been ascending with each update has now been reset from '372445' to '1', which again might be the sort of thing you'd do if you weren't planning on updating it any more.

I'd really like to be wrong about this - but I'm expecting that "Bison/Conquest of the New World Deluxe" will be the last piece of content for Civ V, and that the "Complete Edition" of the game (which will presumably have everything up to and including 'Bison') will be released at the same time, or at least soon after.

Then again, Firaxis could keep releasing new content and updating the pack like they did with the numerous GoTY editions - or perhaps they have a third expansion planned and will release a "Super Platinum Extreme Plus" edition or something later. "Complete Edition" does sound rather final though. :(

Care to share a link, Piruparka? I just looked to verify and all I saw was Civ IV Complete Editions, not Civ V. And like Big Oz said, a new edition wouldn't be listed as DLC.
