Gelion, did my stats increase properly? I think i put 1 income into either Education or Military, and neither increased. Also, i have a city of arts and that effect isn't added on.

As for the military costs 1 eco would gain around 10-15 speamen, 10k archers, 5-7k swordsmen and 10 galleys. Cavalry is normally around 2-5k per eco point. I stress that these depend on the size of your nation and manpower levels.
